When you access our website, the web server of our hosting provider automatically collects technical information transmitted by your browser: IP address (anonymised), date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system used. These data are processed in order to provide the website and to ensure its security (defence against attacks), stored in server log files for a limited period and then deleted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

This website uses no cookies, does not store any information on your device and does not access information stored there. Consent under § 25 TDDDG (Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) is therefore not required. No analytics, tracking or advertising services (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar) are integrated.

The fonts used are loaded from our own web server; no connection to servers of Google or other font providers is established when a page is accessed.

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, company, e-mail address, phone number, details of the construction project, description of the task and any uploaded files) in order to handle your enquiry and answer follow-up questions. The form transmits your enquiry by e-mail to our mailbox. Uploaded files are not stored on the web server but are transmitted as attachments to this e-mail. The same applies if you write to us directly by e-mail or call us.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures, where your enquiry is aimed at a contract), otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Consent is not required for this.

The fields marked with * are required to handle your enquiry; without them we cannot process the enquiry. There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide these data.

If no contract is concluded, we delete the data as soon as they are no longer required for handling the enquiry, at the latest three years after the last contact (legitimate interest in follow-up questions on earlier enquiries). For contracts, the retention periods under commercial and tax law apply.

The website and the e-mail mailbox are operated by STRATO GmbH, Germany, as processor; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. The data are processed on servers in Germany.

If a contract is concluded, we pass on the details needed for its performance (e.g. location of the plot, contact person on site) to the partner companies commissioned for drilling, probing, laboratory testing and surveying (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Beyond this, we do not pass on your data. No transfer to countries outside the EU takes place.

You have the following rights vis-à-vis us as the controller with regard to personal data concerning you:
